Terms of Service

This website describes fuel plant consulting and the turnkey contractor programs we work with. Submitting a consultation request does not create a contract. Project scope, pricing, and terms are confirmed in a written agreement after site assessment.

Information on this site is provided for general description only and may change as codes, standards, and site conditions require.
